Basking Ridge Schools Set Early Dismissals for Blizzard
Basking Ridge, Bernards Township schools will have early dismissals Monday due to forecasts of blizzard conditions and heavy snow.

Basking Ridge schools have announced early dismissals as the pending blizzard is set to dump one to two feet of snow on the state tomorrow.
- Bernards Township public schools will have an early dismissal.
- Lord Stirling School in Basking Ridge will have an early dismissal.
- Sunshine Preschool and Infant School in Basking Ridge will have an early dismissal.

Basking Ridge is under a Blizzard watch from Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening, as more than a foot of “heavy blowing snow” is predicted to hit the state, the National Weather Service reports.

By Monday night, Basking Ridge could see 8inches of new snow accumulation, with an additional 3 to 5 inches falling on Tuesday. According to the NWS, much of the state will see blizzard conditions and 1 to 2 feet of snow.
