BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Police Department has launched a new online reporting portal for residents to file non-emergent police reports from anywhere with an internet connection.

In this portal, residents can report a variety of incidents, such as:

  • Anonymous Tips
  • Criminal Mischief
  • Damage to Property
  • Identity Theft/Fraud/Scams
  • Harassment
  • Lost Property
  • Traffic Complaints

All submissions will be reviewed by a Bernards Township Police Officer and will not become official until residents are contacted for follow-up.

Residents are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the portal and take advantage of this convenient way to file a Police report for non-emergent matters.

Residents can still request reports by calling the department's non-emergency phone number 908-766-1122 or by stopping at Police Headquarters to speak with an Officer.
