Chimney Rock Inn Rebrands As Vintage Tavern At One Nearby Location

GILLETTE, NJ — Chimney Rock Inn has a new name. The restaurant with three locations in central jersey has changed its Gillette location to Vintage Tavern.

The Gillette location, at363 Valley Road, is the only location that changed to Vintage Tavern, according to Chimney Rock Inn Spokesperson Lauren Cuzzola.

"We are still building it up and changing things, but it will have a limited menu and be a more bar environment/experience," said Cuzzola.

The restaurant will officially be announcing the change soon.

Chimney Rock Inn has three locations in Bridgewater, Flemington and Gillette. The family-friendly restaurant offers pub-grub-style food and is known for its pizza.
