New Brewery Coming To Somerset County, Will Replace Classic Car Dealership
The brewery will occupy the existing one-story, approximately 11,448 square foot commercial building in Peapack & Gladstone.

PEAPACK & GLADSTONE, NJ — A new brewery is coming to Somerset County and will replace a classic car dealership.
The Peapack and Gladstone Land Use Board approved 219 Main LLC's application on June 18 to bring a brewery to the borough.
The Applicant was seeking a use variance to allow the brewery to open in the Mixed-Use Affordable Housing and Village Neighborhood Zone.

The application was first submitted in September 2024 seeking a variance to replace the tenant(The Stable dealership) at 217 Main Street.
The Stable, Ltd. has been providing sales and service of Thoroughbred Motorcars since 1973.

This past April, the Borough amended its Ordinance 1150-2025 to permit a "microbrewery" as a permitted use in the zone.
The brewery will occupy the existing one-story, approximately 11,448 square foot commercial building and make minor improvements on the outside of the building, including removing a shed and modifying a walkway.
