Luxurious Spa Resort Opens On Sprawling 500-Acre Estate In Somerset County

PEAPACK, NJ — A new luxurious spa resort, Pendry Natirar, opened Friday on a sprawling 500-acre estate in Peapack.

The resort is centered around a restored 1912 Tudor-style mansion and features an adjacent 66 guestrooms including 20 suites.

A range of luxury amenities are offered including a signature farm-to-table restaurant and cooking school Ninety Acres; Ladd’s Tavern, Spa Pendry and fitness center; on-site 10-acre The Farm at Natirar; Compass Sports, Paintbox Children’s program; 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space; and The Natirar Club, an exclusive modern members club.

Pendry Natirar will also feature 24 Pendry Residences offering both Estate and Farm Villa Residences.

Pendry Natirar will highlight culinary offerings including:

  • Ninety Acres – Pendry Natirar’s signature fine dining restaurant, Ninety Acres is inspired by and directly sourced from the sustainable farm on the estate with seasonal fruits and vegetables brought to the table.
  • Ladd’s Tavern – The culinary center point at Pendry Natirar, Ladd’s Tavern offers a classic, all-day menu that offers countryside cooking and camaraderie. It also offers a space featuring cocktails, light bites, and afternoon tea.
  • The Cooking School – Participants can learn techniques, recipes, and tips from local chefs, using fresh farm ingredients and locally sourced products.

Additional amenities include:

  • The Farm at Natirar – A working farm that provides fresh produce and ingredients for the restaurants, showcasing the region’s agricultural heritage. Immersive experiences at the farm are offered where guests can learn about sustainable farming practices and participate in educational activities such as farm tours, bee tours and honey tastings.
  • Spa Pendry – Spanning two floors, Spa Pendry features 19,000 square feet of relaxation and treatment space, including a tranquility lounge with indoor plunge pool, Himalayan salt room and 12 treatment rooms, many of which have private terraces overlooking the countryside.
  • Compass Sports – Guests can enjoy elevated outdoor pursuits such as guided e-bike tours, archery and axe throwing on the farm, riverside nature hikes, fly-fishing among the myriads of Somerset County waterways, and guided horseback trail rides at nearby stables.
  • Paintbox – Paintbox is the brand’s signature children's program for ages 5 to 12 years old. Paintbox offers programming such as visiting the sheep and chickens at the farm, painting sessions, group games such as safe archery, scavenger hunts, and more.
