Ridge High School Student Starts Teen-Run Business Helping Locals With Odd Jobs

Noah Kristiansen started BRHelpingHands last summer to help teens gain work experience by helping residents with odd jobs.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — An ambitious Ridge High School student and entrepreneur Noah Kristiansen's business is all about helping his classmates and residents — hence the name BRHelpingHands.

"Last summer I started the business to help local teens gain work experience and help other residents with odd jobs," said Kristiansen, who is now a junior.

Kristiansen started by putting out flyers and posts on social media to drum up business. From there, he works out a day for the job and pricing with the resident.
