Search For Missing Man Expands Into Somerset County

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — A search for a missing 34-year-old man from Berkeley Heights is expanding into Somerset County.

Thomas Mauch was last seen around 4:45 a.m. on Oct. 3, near Glenside Road in Berkeley Heights, said Berkeley Heights Police.

Mauch is described as a white male, about 5-foot-10-inches tall. He was last seen wearing a hat, grey zip-up fleece, black jeans, and hiking shoes.

"We have searched most parks surrounding 78 going towards Berkeley heights. Please continue to share, pay attention and report any suspicious walkers on roads, get out and check parks ans wooded areas please," said Mauch's wife Julie.

Julie is expanding the search to include the areas of Bridgewater, Basking Ridge, Bedminster, Bernardsville, Pluckemin, Chester, and Mendham.
