These NJ Eateries Are 2022’s All-Star, According To Doordash

NEW JERSEY — Whether you have the late-night munchies or just don't feel like cooking, there are seven beloved, go-to restaurants in New Jersey, according to the delivery app Doordash for a snack.

Those restaurants, ranging from Asian to Italian, made the cut for Doordash’s list of Most-Loved All-Star Restaurants for 2022.

Making it even more impressive, fewer than 1 percent of restaurants on the platform qualify for the list, according to Doordash.

Which restaurants made the cut in New Jersey?

• Aikou Asian Cuisine, 54 South St., Morristown, offers Japanese cuisine and sushi with a modern touch.
• Folklore Artisanal Taco, 641 Shunpike Rd, Chatham Township - the Mexican and dessert restaurant also has two other locations in Cranford and
• Koi Asian Fusion Lounge, 25 Brick Blvd., Brick - the restaurant offers Japanese cuisine and sushi with a wide range of dishes including Thai ice tea, Ramen and much more.
• Koi Hibachi & Kitchen, 1256 Indian Head Rd, Toms River - offers Japanese cuisine and sushi including lunch, dinner and catering trays.
• Noodle House + Kung Fu Tea, 80 Nassau St., Princeton - some of the most popular items are their bubble teas and milk teas. They also offer Pho and Ramen.
• Pasta Volo, 419 Bond St., Asbury Park - the Italian eatery offers a range of pasta dishes (including gluten-free options) and desserts.
• Tony Boy's Sandwich House, 18 E Mt Pleasant Ave., Livingston - along with tasty sandwiches the eatery offers milkshakes, salads, cheesesteaks and desserts.

All-Star restaurants are the top-rated in Doordash’s Most Loved program, according to a company release. In order to be a Most-Loved All-Star, a restaurant had to be among the highest-rated on Doordash and achieved Most-Loved status for at least 10 out of 12 months from April 2021 to April 2022.
