Women’s Self Defense Course Offered By Bernards Township Police

Taught by defensive tactics instructors, this course will help women become confident in their abilities to defend themselves physically.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Bernards Township Police Department(BTPD) is offering a Women’s Self Defense course at Ridge High School on Friday, Aug. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Taught by defensive tactics instructors of BTPD, this course will help women ages 16 and over become confident in their abilities to defend themselves physically, should they ever need to.

This is a free course. Space is limited. Minimum age of 16. Waiver required to participate.
