2023 Belleville Sumer Entertainment Series: Music, Movies, Fireworks

BELLEVILLE, NJ — Belleville will hold a lineup of music, movies and entertainment this year as part of its 2023 Summer Entertainment Series.

According to a municipal event posting, the festivities will kick off Thursday, July 13 and conclude Thursday, Aug. 31 with a concert and fireworks show.

People can gather for the concerts at 6:30 p.m.; music begins at 7 p.m. Movie sessions gather at 7:30 p.m., with the screening starting at dusk.

People are welcome to bring a lawn chair and blanket to the events, which will take place at Belleville High School, 100 Passaic Avenue.

The lineup includes:

• July 13 – The Infernos, America’s favorite dance band
• July 20 – Dr. K’s Motown Revue
• July 26 – Super Mario Brothers (movie)
• July 27 – Swing Combo Salsa Band, Latin Music Band
• Aug. 3 – Freestyle: C-Bank, Alisha; Jackie Nese
• Aug. 10 – The Cameos, oldies but goodies
• Aug. 17 – Dance party with New Power Soul
• Aug. 24 – Mushmouth, a mix of Bruce, Mick and James Brown
• Aug. 30 – Top Gun: Maverick (movie)
• Aug. 31 – Big Hix, authentic and fun country music; Fireworks after the concert
