9/11 Remembrance Ceremony In Nutley For 2025: See Details
Nutley residents can also display a lighted candle on their front porch or an electric candle in a window to show their solidarity.
NUTLEY, NJ — Nutley will hold a remembrance ceremony for victims of the September 11 attacks on Thursday, Sept. 11.
The local ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. at the 9/11 monument site that is located in front of the Nutley Township Hall. Residents are invited to join township officials, victim’s families, friends and clergy in remembering those who perished in 2001.
Among those lost were three Nutley residents: Lt. Robert Cirri, Frank LaLama, and Dorota Kopiscko.

In addition, Nutley residents can display a lighted candle on their front porch or an electric candle in a window between the hours of 8 and 10 p.m. on Sept. 11 to show their solidarity, organizers said.
