Belleville Youth Turns ‘Garbage’ Into Art For Essex County Contest
A young artist from Belleville created a masterpiece using recycled/reused items as part of Essex County's G'ART'bage Contest.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — A young artist from Belleville turned "garbage" into a masterpiece for Essex County’s second annual G’ART’bage Contest.
The competition, which challenged participants to create pieces of art using recycled or reused items, was held at the Essex County Environmental Center in Roseland on Monday.
Sabrina Palmer of Belleville won third place in the K to 4th grade category (see photo above).

The artwork was displayed during the Environmental Center’s Earth Day celebration in April.
