Bomb Threat At Belleville Middle School: Police

BELLEVILLE – Police say they were investigating a bomb threat at Belleville Middle School on Friday morning.

Belleville police say they received a "third-party notification" regarding a bomb threat. Police say they don't believe the threat is credible, but they are on scene and the school is secure.

There are no students in the building, police said.

Police are working with the school to resolve this matter "and intend to hold whoever is responsible accountable."
