Car Tires Slashed Near Park In Nutley, Police Say

A car owner told police that they returned to their vehicle to find that someone slashed both of their passenger-side tires.

NUTLEY, NJ — A vehicle’s tires were slashed in Nutley earlier this month, police announced Friday.

According to the Nutley Police Department, officers responded to Park Way near Yanticaw Park on Oct. 19 after getting a report about criminal mischief.

A car owner told police that they returned to their vehicle to find that someone slashed both of their passenger-side tires.

Officers searched the area for more information, and the detective bureau was advised of the incident, police said.
