Christie's Real Estate Agent Leads ETHOS Project in Belleville

Donna Keena, a Broker-Associate with the Christie’s International Real Estate Group Montclair Sales Gallery, proudly announced today that she is taking on another development project to continue her initiative of community improvement with commercial and residential revitalization. Donna has worked closely with Sound Development and the Belleville Planning Board in finding and approving various projects, as she previously did for 558 Franklin Avenue, which replaced an old gas station with a modern, eco-friendly residential building. Also, at 750 Washington Avenue, fondly known as "the Foam Factory" a project is currently underway to build a mixed-use building with 124 luxury units that will feature a rooftop pool overlooking the New York City skyline. The newest plan she is spearheading will be the third of a series of developments that will bring additional tax ratables to the township, helping to stabilize and offset its tax burden while transforming the look and feel of the neighborhood.

The Belleville Planning Board approved a mixed-use building that consists of 81 residential units retail/commercial space, which will replace unused commercial space. Moreover, the residential units will have luxury amenities, an outdoor facility space, and underground parking, similar to Ethos on the Ave in Belleville.

“This ongoing project will help revitalize the southeast Belleville neighborhood, and I am pleased to be involved since the first development on Franklin Ave,” said Keena. “I am fortunate to have been surrounded by such a professional team, along with the town, that worked well together to get this development approved for the neighborhood. As the project launches, I look forward to filling this building and town with more wonderful residents and strengthening the community.”
