Little Theatre Auditioning Actors This Weekend

Got a song in your heart and a spring in your step?

The Little Theatre will hold auditions for the musical "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change" this weekend.

Written and composed, respectively, by Joe DiPietro and Jimmy Roberts, the Little Theater are describing the play as a "rollicking revue that takes a hilarious and tuneful joyride through the dizzying spectrum of modern male-female relationships from dating to married life."

According to the theater's website, audition are on Sunday and Monday, April 14 and 15 at 7:30 p.m.at the Nutley Little Theatre Barn, 47 Erie Place.

The theater says there are roles available for three men and three women, ages 25 thru 45. They are seeking versatile singing actors adept at playing multiple roles;ability to read music and knowledge of the show is preferred.

Auditioners are asked to bring two contrasting songs that show off their vocal range and comedic style and to be ready to read from the script and wear comfortable shoes for movement.
