What a fun group. Ms Leigh going above and beyond for the Belleville Wrestling Recreation program. Ms Leigh McCaughrain provided the Belleville program wrestlers with one of a kind yoga session. Yoga themed clinic for our wrestlers. So much energy and turning it into balance and relaxation. The room was filled with laughter and movements balancing mind and body. Thank you for her expertise and introducing them these new skills.
