Local Justice: Decision in the Nutley Municipal Court
The Nutley Municipal Court handles criminal cases arising in Nutley. The one criminal case resolved at its last session is reported below.
In State v. Roman Mariano-Guzman, of Passaic, the State charged defendant on November 3 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. The charges resulted in a conditional discharge. The Court imposed a one year term of supervised probation and also imposed fees and costs totaling $839.
The Nutley Municipal Court convenes in the Municipal Court Public Safety Building, 2nd Floor, located at 228 Chestnut Street. The Court convenes Wednesdays.
