Local Justice: Decision in the Nutley Municipal Court

In State v. Cara Serio, of Nutley, the State charged defendant on December 22  with possession of drug paraphernalia.  The charge resulted in a conditional discharge.  The Court imposed a one year term of supervised probation and imposed fees and costs totaling $789. 

The Nutley Municipal Court convenes in the Municipal Court Public Safety Building, 2nd Floor, located at 228 Chestnut Street. The Court convenes Wednesdays.
