Local Justice: Decisions in the Nutley Municipal Court

In State v. Sinead Stevenson, of Pennsylvania, the State charged defendant with possessing drug paraphernalia on September 4, 2011.  The charge resulted in a conditional discharge.  The Court imposed on defendant a term of supervised probation for one year and also imposed fees and costs totaling $839.    

In State v. Jerome Mascari, of Nutley, the State charged defendant with improper behavior on September 26, 2011.  Defendant pleaded guilty.  The Court imposed fines and costs totaling $564.
