Nutley Proposes Upgrades At Monsignor Owens Park, Seeks State Funding
The township is proposing improvements at a local park.

NUTLEY, NJ — The Township of Nutley is proposing to make improvements at Monsignor Owens Park as part of an application to the New Jersey Green Acres Park Development Program.
According to a municipal notice, the proposed project includes new and upgraded ADA-compliant restroom facilities to better support park users. The proposal will also improve accessibility, safety and “overall park usability.”
As part of the Green Acres application process, Nutley sought community feedback about the proposal via an online survey, which ended Jan. 5.
