Work Begins On 4-Story Apartment Building In Belleville
The project is scheduled to begin leasing in Summer 2026.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — Construction has begun on a four-story, mixed-use complex on Belleville Avenue in Belleville.
Dubbed “202 Belleville,” the four-story building will feature 17 one-and two-bedroom residences, ranging from about 750 to 1,200 square feet, according to a news release from Christie’s International Real Estate Group.
A groundbreaking took place in November for the 27,647-square-foot building, which has 25,936 square feet of residential space and 1,711 square feet of commercial space. A fitness room, resident lounge, rooftop terrace, package room and electric vehicle parking are also part of the blueprint, developers say.
