BERKELEY, NJ — A crash has brought down a pole at the intersection of Veeder Lane and Ocean Gate Avenue, Berkeley police said.

As a result, Veeder Lane is closed at Moorage Avenue and Storm Jib Court as of shortly before 11 a.m. Friday, police said.

The closure is expected to last for several hours, according to police.
