Meet The 15-Year-Old Berkeley Girl Behind '4PupsTreats'
4PupsTreats makes and sells homemade, organic dog treats, ranging from typical treats to decorated cookies and pupcakes.

BERKELEY, NJ — When 15-year-old Rebecca was looking for a job, she realized that there aren't too many opportunities for people her age. So, she decided to create her own business.
Combining her love of dogs and baking, Rebecca created "4PupsTreats," a Bayville-based dog treat business, this past July. She now takes and sells the treats at vendor events nearby.
"I make and sell homemade and organic dog treats ranging from regular treats to decorated cookies and pupcakes!" Rebecca told Patch. "My customers love that they can look at the ingredient list and see simple organic ingredients."

Rebecca, a sophomore at Central Regional and a competitive cheerleader, named the business after her own four dogs, as she shared in a Facebook post: Buddy, Brielle, Savannah and Brooke.
Dogs can chow on flavors like pumpkin, peanut butter banana, blueberry, bacon egg and cheese and "the Savannah blend," that freshens your pup's breath.

"The best part of my business is being able to work from home and getting the chance to be creative when coming up with new treats!" Rebecca said. "And of course getting to meet all of the pups!"
