Find Out How Boosted Your Town Is With New NJ COVID-19 Data

How vaccinated and boosted is your town? Find out with the newest addition to New Jersey's COVID-19 dashboard.

NEW JERSEY — A new subcategory has been added to New Jersey's COVID-19 data dashboard, showing how many people in each of New Jersey's municipalities have received a booster shot.

In addition to the existing maps of vaccination coverage, showing people with at least one dose and people who have completed their vaccine courses, you can now see a new map showing people who have received at least one booster dose (for those with healthy immune systems) or additional doses (for immunocompromised people).

Much of the state falls in the 55 percent to 70 percent boosted category. While the state as a whole's vaccination rate has surpassed 75 percent, few individual municipalities have surpassed 70 percent boosted.

West Windsor, Westfield and Haddonfield are among the few that have more than 70 percent of their eligible population boosted (72, 71 and 72 percent, respectively), while Bridgeton, Lakewood and Newark have some of the lowest booster rates in the state (36, 38 and 39 percent). The tiny borough of Tavistock (has a population of five, according to the most recent census data) in Camden County has a 100 percent boosted rate.

In the interactive map, you can filter by age groups throughout the state. Clicking on each individual municipality brings up additional information.
