Flooding Closes E. Bayview Avenue In Ocean Gate: Police
E. Bayview Avenue is closed Thursday afternoon after flooding has made the roadway "impassable," according to Ocean Gate police.
OCEAN GATE, NJ — E. Bayview Avenue is closed Thursday afternoon due to flooding, Ocean Gate police said.
A Nixle alert was sent out shortly after 3 p.m. alerting of the closure. The road is closed between Narragansette and Monmouth, the alert said.
The roadway is impassable, and police ask that drivers use E. Lakewood Avenue to navigate around road closures.
