BERKELEY, NJ — Enjoy some local art while picking up your next book at the Ocean County Library Berkeley Branch.

Throughout the month of December, artist Barbara Ann DeFranza’s “Kaleidoscope Designs” will be on display at the library.

The display consists of abstract images done in acrylics.
