Downtown Toms River 5th Annual Winter Wonderland
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 6, Washington Street will transform into a winter wonderland. The whole family can enjoy shopping at local businesses while carolers sing. You can paint ornaments, enjoy holiday storytime and more.

Berkeley Recreation Holiday Craft Fest
Your Christmas gifts are sure to be unique if you purchase them at this craft fair, held 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Berkeley Recreation Center (630 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville). They also will collect new toys and ShopRite gift cards for local families in need. See more here.
Third Annual Railroad Ave Victorian Yuletide Extravaganza
Join the Barnegat Historical Society for hot cocoa, carols, pastries and cheer Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The tale of the Jersey Devil's Lantern will be told at 6:30 p.m. Also, the thrift shop will be open for attendees to browse.
Holiday Bazaar
The New Egypt Flea Market opens 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday with unique shops, tasty food trucks and beautiful decorations. It's pet-friendly, too.
Toyland
This annual event at the Jackson Senior Center (45 Don Connor Blvd.) is always a hit with kids. Held both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., there's tons of holiday activities with a train room, displays, characters and free things for children. Food and refreshments are available to purchase.
