3 Cars Stolen From Bernardsville Driveways Over Weekend
Several other cars were entered and had personal property stolen in the Borough during the same time period, according to police.
BERNARDSVILLE, NJ — Three cars were stolen from private home driveways in Bernardsville overnight between Friday and Saturday, according to the Bernardsville police department.
Several other cars were entered and had personal property stolen in the Borough during the same time period, police also said.
One of the cars, a White 2017 Ford Explorer, was reportedly stolen from a driveway on Crest Drive, along with a set of golf clubs valued at around $1,000. The keys were reportedly left in the vehicle.

Also on Crest Drive, police Police recovered a Nissan that was previously reported stolen in Newark and will now be returned to the onwer.
Another resident of Seney Drive reported that two cars were stolen: a white 2016 Range Rover and a 2019 Blue Jeep Grand Cherokee. Two wallets, a purse and sunglasses were stolen along with the cars, according to the police.

The two cars were recovered by police later in the day, in Newark, after an investigation by members of the Bernasdville and Newark police departments.
A 2017 Cadillac Escalade that was also on the Seney Drive driveway was entered, but nothing of value was taken, and a 2014 Jeep Wrangler parked in the driveway got damaged when the people fleeing with the stolen Range Rover struck it, police said.
Four other cars were entered but not stolen on driveways in Old Fort Road and Beverly Drive.
Police are asking residents in the area of the reported thefts to review any security cameras
recordings they may have to see if they captured any information that might help police in this
investigation.
