Almost 200 Homes on the Market in the Hills

Last week we looked at home values throughout Bernardsville and Bedminster, and this week we are going a little deeper by taking a peek at the number of homes for sale by agents, owners and more, plus some prices.

In Bernardsville, there are a total of 107 homes for sale, with 105 being sold by an agent and two being sold by the owner, according to Zillow.

Six homes are currently for rent in Bernardsville.

There are 120 single family homes being sold, in addition to two condos, two multi-family units and seven lots and land.

These numbers include foreclosed and pre-foreclosed homes.

The most expensive home on the market in Bernardsville is on Stevens Road, listed for $8.5 million, and with an estimated mortgage of $37,447 per month.

In total, in Bernardsville, there are 53 homes on the market for more than $1 million.

In Bedminster, according to Zillow, there are 58 homes on the market, 50 being sold by an agent and eight being sold by an owner. A total of 18 homes are for rent.

Of those, 46 are single family homes, 28 are condos and four are lots and land.

The most expensive home being sold in Bedminster is on Cedar Ridge Road, and going for $3,795,000, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, and an estimated monthly mortgage of $16,719.

There are a total of 13 homes on the market for more than $1 million in Bedminster.
