‘The Bachelorette’ Cast Film NJ Hometown Dates: Report

Contestants Erich Schwer and Tyler Norris were spotted in their NJ hometowns filming for the 19th season of the reality show.

NEW JERSEY - Is romance in the air in the Garden State?

Two contestants on the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” were spotted in New Jersey this week filming for the 19th season of the reality show, according to Instagram account Reality Steve.

According to the report, contestant Erich Schwer was seen in his native Bedminster with Windey, while fellow contestant Tyler Norris was spotted at the Wildwood boardwalk with Recchia.

This season will see two bachelorettes leads, Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia. Apart from Schwer and Norris, 34 other potential suitors have been announced as part of this season's cast.

Schwer grew up in Bedminster and studied marketing and sales at North Carolina's Elon University. Since then, he's pursued a career in renewable energy and, most recently, real estate management. He relocated to the Los Angeles area in late 2021, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Norris is a graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School and studied exercise science and business management at Cabrini University. He's served as a fitness instructor and management trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in New Jersey before going on to own Spirit Ball in Wildwood.

According to Wildwood Video Archives, Norris and Recchia were spotted at Morey's Mainer's Pier eating curly fries, playing the water game, and riding the Ferris wheel and merry-go-round before dining at the Hot Spot.

The 19th season of “The Bachelorette” will air in July on ABC.
