Bedminster Democratic Committee Seeking Candidates
It is starting to prepare for the November elections.

The Bedminster Democratic Committee is currently screening individuals who might be interested in running for a seat on the township committee, according to a release from the organization.
According to the release, the organization is looking for those opting to run for a spot in the November 2013 elections.
Applicants must be registered Democrats, and have to have lived in Bedminster for at least one year.

Anyone interested should send a letter and resume to Bedminster Democratic Committee Chairman Charles Eader at 4 Wildflower Lane, Bedminster, NJ 07921, or the materials can be submitted electronically at cpeader@att.net.
Interviews with interested residents will take place with the screening committee March 19.

The Bedminster Democratic Committee, the release said, was founded in 2002, and it sought to build a grassroots Democratic organization.
Current councilwoman Carolyn Freeman, a Democrat, was elected to the committee in November 2011.
