  • Open Space
    “Shall the Township Committee of the Township of Bedminster adopt an ordinance amending the Ordinance Section 15-2 Open Space Trust Fund tax to permit the use of the levied funds for the maintenance of lands acquired for recreation and conservation purposes owned by the Township, not to exceed twenty (20%) percent of the amount levied each year.”

A “yes” vote means residents do want the township to add a permitted use of the fund’s tax for maintenance of land.

A “no” vote means residents do not want that permitted use.

"Should the Borough of Bernardsville install an artificial turf field at the Upper Polo Grounds at an estimated cost of between $1,245,000 and $1,411,000, using approximately $200,000 up front from the Borough Open Space Trust Fund, and borrowing the balance through the issuance of bonds or bond anticipation notes, the debt service for which will be paid off using Borough Open Space Trust Funds collected in future years?"
