The Bernards Township Health Department will be offering Pfizer for ages 5-11, Pfizer for 12+, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines in January. 
 
January COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled as follows:

Pediatric Pfizer for ages 5-11 will be given on Mondays from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
The Pediatric Pfizer dates are January 10 and 31.   
First and second doses will be available.

Pfizer for 12+ will be given on Tuesdays from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
The Pfizer 12+ dates are January 4, 11, and 18.
Pfizer boosters available for ages 16+ and primary series for ages 12+

Moderna and J&J will be given on Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00 pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
The Moderna and J&J dates are January 5, 12, and 19.

Walk-in spots may be available but are not guaranteed.
Bring your original vaccination card with you if you are coming for a booster shot.
No identification or insurance card required.
Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
