MARCH 6, 2025: Impact100 Garden State, an all-women philanthropic group, has announced a record membership of 426 members for 2025. This new high for membership means that Impact100 Garden State will give $426,000 to area nonprofits at its Big Give/Annual Awards Meeting in June.

“We are thrilled by the remarkable response to our 2025 Membership Drive, which reaffirms women’s generosity, compassion and desire to make a true difference for those in need in our communities,” says Celeste Campos, President of Impact100 Garden State.

Each member donates $1,000 to join the organization. These donations are combined to create high-impact $100,000 grants. “Our model is that every member has a vote on the recipients, empowering each woman to become a philanthropist,” Campos explains.

Including this year’s grants, Impact100 Garden State will have granted more than $4 million to more than 70 nonprofits in Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex and Union counties as of June 2025. A full list of grantees to date can be found on the organization’s website.

“We are honored to support the invaluable professionals at area nonprofits, who find creative and cost-efficient ways to fill so many critical needs in our community, from housing to access to healthy food to job training and beyond,” says Campos.

Impact100 Garden State memberships are for one year, meaning that the recruitment and renewal process starts each year from zero. The organization has seen a steady climb in members since it gave its first grant in 2013. This year saw an 82 percent renewal rate and 91 new members.
