On Friday, July 3, Franklin Police received a call that <a href="http://www.nj.com/somerset/index.ssf/2015/07/pedestrian_hit_by_vehicle_prompts_franklin_townshi.html#incart_river" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a pedestrian had been struck </a>by a vehicle around 8:30 p.m. in town. The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and the incident is now considered a criminal investigation, according to <a href="http://www.nj.com/somerset/index.ssf/2015/07/pedestrian_hit_by_vehicle_prompts_franklin_townshi.html#incart_river" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">nj.com</a>.
