Student Elections Top News This Week

Meetings scheduled throughout Bernardsville and Bedminster.

It's Monday, the start of another work-week, the end of the weekend, and that can only mean one thing—it's time to look ahead to the week at hand.

It's going to be busy in Bernardsville and Bedminster, and we've got your list of things to look out for, from meetings to school activities and everything in between.

This week we move the elections to Bernards High School, when the school holds its annual Student Council elections Friday. Students will participate in Campaign Week as they try to get elected by their peers for the coming school year.

Coming up this week:

  • There will be a Bernardsville Mayor and Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the municipal building on Mine Brook Road.
  • The Bedminster Open Space Farmland/Preservation Committee will be holding a meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the municipal building on Miller Lane.
  • There will be a Bedminster PTO Meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Bedminster Township School on Somerville Road.
  • There will be a Bernardsville Recreation Committee meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the municipal building on Mine Brook Road.
  • The Bernardsville Environmental Commission will be holding a meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the municipal building on Mine Brook Road.
  • The Bedminster Spring Musical will be performed Thursday and Friday.
