Watchung Avenue between East Passaic Avenue and Broughton Avenue will be closed Tuesday through Thursday this week while construction crews complete work on the Watchung Avenue Bridge. The closure, between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., is related to the construction of the Watchung Avenue Bridge over the Garden State Parkway. Using alternative routes are suggested to avoid the construction.
