Bloomfield Art Exhibition on Saturday

Bloomfield artists and art lovers, get to the green this weekend; The Bloomfield Recreation center is hosting Bloomfield's Art Exhibition Saturday morning. 

On May 11, children and adults are invited to showcase their arts on the green in front of the Civic Center, weather permiting.  Under rain conditions, it will be hosted at the Civic Center/Rec. Bloomfield, 84 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ.  There is art for sale.  

The Town Paints Art Exhibition:

• 10-11am  Register and hang your art 
• 11-1:30   Exhibition for all to see (Judging at 11:30)
• 1:30 pm  Awards Ceremony

Kids entry is free!  

Categories:

• Kindergarten-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, 6th -8th grade, and High School
• Awards will be for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. 
• **Children's work has to be mounted, ready to hang with wire, string etc..

Adults, grown ups and professionals

• Cash prizes!
• Categories: Photography, Watercolor, Mixed Media: Oil, Acrylic, Oil/ Chalk Pastel, Pencil and Collage
• Fee of for 1 /$7, 2/$13 and 3/$18
• **Adults work must be framed and wired.

Members of the Bloomfield Art League and Cultural Department will be on hand to answer questions about membership.
