The Bloomfield Board of Education meets Tuesday at the School Administration building. The agenda includes the appointment of a new Business Administrator/Board Secretary. The public portion of the meeting begins at 7:30 following a two-hour executive session.  The Bloomfield public library hosts another edition of its Tuesday night "Finance for Beginners" book club. The group meets at the conference room from 6:30 to 7:30.  At 7 p.m., Doo-Wop and oldies group <a href="http://www.thebronxwanderers.com/the_players.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">the Bronx Wanderers take the stage for the Summer Concert Series at Brookside Park</a>. On Thursday, the Charles Seller Foundation/Talent Time Players' 64th annual production of the musical comedy <a href="https://bloomfield.patch.com/groups/events/p/urinetown-the-musical-presented-by-talent-time-players_dddc856f" rel="nofollow">Urinetown</a><a href="https://bloomfield.patch.com/groups/events/p/urinetown-the-musical-presented-by-talent-time-players_dddc856f" rel="nofollow"> opens at the Bloomfield High School auditorium</a>. The play runs through the weekend and next week.
