Free Seminar: Financing Your Small Business

Want to learn how to finance your small business from an expert in the field?

Head over to the Bloomfield Public Library on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 6 p.m. for a free workshop led by a veteran counselor from the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE).

Richard Berek, a recently retired sales executive who volunteers for SCORE, a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide, will review some sales procedures. SCORE volunteers provide free, confidential face-to-face and email business counseling to entrepreneurs.

SCORE will return to the library on Nov. 2 with information on Marketing Your Small Business, and on Dec. 14 with Social Media & the Internet for Your Small Business. Both programs begin at 6 p.m.
