The following update comes courtesy Bloomfield High School Athletics.  ----------------------- <ul> <li>Serhiy Kralka repeated as Shot Put Champion at the Essex County Championship. Other Medalists included Tonisha Beresford-2nd 400 meter, Jeovan Santos-4th Javelin, Assad Younas-4th –Shot Put, Michael Pontrelli-5th-800 meter run.</li> <li> Golf had a very successful week besting Montclair, Nutley and Belleville. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Boys Tennis swept both Orange and Technology. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Softball topped West Orange, Montclair and Columbia before being knocked out of the County semis by eventual Champion Livingston. </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Baseball also registered three wins-defeating Verona, Kearny and Nutley. Mike Carter is two hits from tying the school record.   </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Boys Volleyball avenged an earlier loss by overcoming Belleville and also thumped North Bergen. </li> </ul> Alumni News and Notes <ul> <li> Temple shortstop Sarah Prezioso was selected to the All-Northeast Region Softball Team. </li> </ul>
