Ramirez attempted to push his way past police, according to the report. When he was stopped and told he could not leave, he placed his hands in front of himself and said “lock me up," according to the report.

Ramirez was arrested. Police said while officers took him out of the building, he tried to break free from their control and headbutt one of the officers.

Ramirez was brought back under control and taken to police headquarters where he was charged and Judge Vincent Pirone set bail at $16,000. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

Pueblos Bar and its employees were cited for incomplete employee list, presence of non-employees after legal hour, failure to display proper warning posters and other violations.
