Teen Robbed at Gunpoint on Berkeley Place, Cops Say
Three men allegedly stole boy's cell phone, watch and cash.

Three men robbed a teen at gunpoint last week on Berkeley Place, Bloomfield police said.
A teen male and his father told police on May 13 at about 6 p.m. he had just been robbed at gunpoint about 10 minutes earlier, police said.
The victim said he was walking on Berkeley Place near Bloomfield Avenue when a black Nissan Maxima passed him twice on the road. The victim said the vehicle was driven by a white female, had a white female in the front seat and three black men in the back, police said.

The victim said a short time later the vehicle parked on Berkeley Place. The men exited the vehicle and approached him from behind, police said.
One of the men, described as being in his 20s, 5-foot-7-inches tall with a muscular build and acne on his face, allegedly removed a black handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the victim.

The victim tried to run away, but was pulled back, police said. The thieves stole his wallet containing $18, along with his watch and iPhone 4S before letting the victim go, police said. Police said he didn't know where the robbers went.
The second man involved in the robbery was described as a black male in his early 20s around 6 feet tall with a dark complexion, thin build and close cropped hair wearing dark clothing, diamond-like earrings. He spoke with a southern accent, police said.
The third robber was described as a black male in his early 20s with a thin build who wore a sweatshirt with the hood up, police said. The car was described as a black Nissan Maxima, possibly a 1995 “square style” with fading paint.
