JACKSON, NJ — Six Flags Great Adventure is planning to demolish a roller coaster and two other rides, according to a report.
Construction permits filed in Jackson Township show that Green Lantern, Twister Top, and the parachute tower are all marked for demolition, as NJ.com reported.
Green Lantern, a standing roller coaster that features a 72-foot inclined loop, was relocated from Kentucky Kingdom and first opened at Great Adventure in 2011.
