Beach Driving Permits Sold Out In Brick
Brick Township officials said they have reached their limit on the permits that allow properly equipped vehicles to drive on the beach.

BRICK, NJ — If you were hoping to get a beach vehicle permit next week to drive on the beach in Brick, you're out of luck.
Brick Township officials said they have reached the limit of available permits for the 2024-25 season and will not be issuing any more.
Most people who get beach driving permits for the fall and winter are using them for surf fishing access, and there is a list of requirements that must be met for a beach vehicle permit to be issued, including an inspection.

"No additional permits will be issued and no vehicle inspections will be done," Brick officials said. "Thank you for your understanding."
