Brick Man Charged With Child Pornography Possession

BRICK, NJ — A Brick Township man has been charged with possession of child pornography after authorities found several images on his electronics, authorities said.

Dennis R. Hubert, 42, was arrested Thursday after investigators following a cyber tip identified his home as a location where someone was accessing child pornography photos from the internet, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.

An initial forensic examination of Hubert's electronic devices, seized as authorities executed a search warrant, turned up several items of child pornography and Hubert was arrested.

He is being held at the Ocean County Jail in Toms River pending a detention hearing.
