Heavy Delays Persist on Northbound Garden State Parkway
Delays stretch from Toms River to Wall Township

UPDATE 4:10 p.m.: Delays have eased somewhat, though there is still a backup between exit 90 and exit 98 in the northbound lanes, causing an extra 15-20 minutes to added to a motorist's trip through that area.
There is also a disabled vehicle north of mile marker 91 in the northbound lanes that is causing delays.

There is standing water at milepost 96.6, forcing lane closures. Additional flooding near the exit 98 interchange with Route 138 is also forcing lane closures.
