BRICK, NJ — Drivers traveling in Brick should avoid the area of Brick Boulevard and Cedar Bridge Avenue on Friday afternoon, police said.

A tractor-trailer that is disabled is blocking lanes on the northbound side of Brick Boulevard, police said.

There is heavy congestion as a result, police said.
