Midstreams Trails Get First Pick Up Brick Effort Of 2025
The community cleanup effort is returning for 2025. See how you can volunteer.
BRICK, NJ — Brick Township is holding its first community cleanup event, Pick Up Brick, on March 22 in the Midstreams section, the township announced.
Residents are invited to join Mayor Lisa Crate and volunteer groups at the Midstreams Trails on Saturday. The clean-up is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon. and volunteers of all ages are welcomed.
The event is part of an effort to bring residents together and make a positive impact on one of Brick’s natural spaces. All necessary supplies will be provided.

"Pick Up Brick is part of the Township’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and community pride," town officials said.
Other Pick Up Brick cleanups will be held throughout the year, at the Riverwalk Refuge, the township's Pollinator Garden and Sawmill Trail, the Brick PAL Trails, Lake Riviera, the Airport Tract, Breton Woods, Arctic Ocean Drive Trails, the Sawmill Tract and the spring and fall Beach Sweeps.
